最近在bluehost创建企业邮箱遇到了问题，看了bluehost的视频教程，感觉还是蛮不错的，挺详细的，创建邮箱以及用outlook express去查收邮件的视频，都挺不错的，可就是配置不出来
从网上看了不少方法，全都试过了，全都不行
只能用web方式在xxx.com/webmail进行登陆并查收，麻烦还是挺不少的，从网上隐隐约约看到了DNS解析这一快，开始怀疑我这一块没有弄好
第一次找到bluehost的在线客服，问了下，果然，想在bluehost创建企业邮箱，域名解析必须用bluehost的DNS进行解析，OK设置DNS解析，解析还是挺快的，不过发现邮件还是不行
又隐隐约约从网上看到了，要添加A记录，MX解析什么的
第二找客服，问了下，客服回答需要MX解析，又设置了下。过了一会再看，发现web端已经可以了，觉得web端太麻烦，于是配置outlook express时，还是上不了，唉。。。
第三次找客服，我说我在web端可以login，在outlook express设置的却上不了，可能是我英语说的差了点或许是没注重语法，对方一时有点不太理解，后来反应过来了，问我怎么设置的，我把设置的内容发他了，过了一会，他竟然没理我，直接关掉了对话框口，于是我给了他一个差的评价。不过前两次给的都是好评，这次因为他不鸟我了。- – !
关掉评价不久，再次用outlook express配置，OK了，设置多个帐号也没问题。于是想想，可能是没有解析过来，毕竟DNS解析没那快的，等24小时以上都正常。其实还应该给那个客服一个好评的，毕竟什么设置都是对的，收不到邮件，他也没有办法了，也不能直接回答说他不知道。
题外话:
用outlook express配置了多个email帐号进行查收，又遇到了问题，如果用imap协议进行查收的话，那么outlook express会给每个帐号分配一个文件夹，如果是用pop协议的话，多个帐号收到的邮件全在一个文件夹下，google了下，别人提示给邮件写规则，将几个帐号的邮件进行分类，但是这只是收件箱的，发件箱还是在一起，唉。。麻烦，有人建议用foxmail进地收取，突然发现foxmail是腾讯的产品，腾讯在这一块的口碑又不太好，比如说我以前转过的文章：你还敢用QQ吗？
没办法，鱼与熊掌不可兼得。暂且用之吧…估计我这些邮件都不保密了…
有兴趣的童鞋还可以搜一搜这方面的文章，有人做过测试，QQ扫描电脑硬盘。QQ又不是什么杀毒软件，不过像这类IM软件竟然在你电脑里扫描，唉。。。

tencent不需要危机公关，哈哈，因为，真正让他准赚钱的人，是不会搭理这些问题的。
很多公司都或多或少有负面消息，像华为的负面消息，像雪碧的水银事件，富士康的十几跳（当然富士康做的不太好，不做讨论）等，想当初三鹿的负面新闻出来的时候，三鹿赶紧花钱搞广告，虽然没能压住，但这一点意识还是挺好的，呵呵
